The Hotel was built in 1953, the owners at the time were the Soberlacs. It was the most modern hotel in the interior, hosting the Greyhound Station, the courthouse and the local pub. The building has been through many changes over the years and several owners, each unique in their own way. The current owners the Boka Family bought the hotel in 1988.
